Ms. Cervantes is such a positive light in our school. She helps out so much with the SUNrisa Committee. If anyone needs anything, she is always there to help. We really appreciate her effort this year. She has made a huge difference in our work environment, and we are so thankful.

Yesterday our Toros competed in the Hall County Spelling Bee! As WLAMS finalists, they represented our school well! The following participated 8th grade - Chloe Martinez; alternate - Allison Ibarra, 7th grade - Zaylee Alvarado; alternate - Addison Dudley, 6th grade - Elizabeth Vargas; alternate - Oliver LeSage. Let’s go Toros! ¡Ayer nuestros Toros compitieron en el Hall County Spelling Bee! Como finalistas de WLAMS, ¡representaron bien a nuestra escuela! Today we would like to recognize our 8th grade students who have passed all 4 sections of the AAPPL test, which is a language proficiency exam. All of these students will be receiving the Hall County Bilingual Seal on their High School Diploma!
Marisol Reyes-Lara and Martin Ceniceros made a perfect score on their first attempt in taking the test!

We had an amazing Pay It Forward Day last Friday! Our students loved hearing from guest speaker David PowerTalk, participating in meaningful conversations led by our teachers, and enjoying fun activities throughout the day.
