1. Debt Service
2. Existing school upkeep and upgrades, including items such as new roofs, HVAC systems, flooring, safety enhancements, communication systems, parking lots, and elementary playgrounds
3. Classroom renovations, additions, and replacements; associated land acquisition; and items such as library books, furniture, and large band instruments
4. Technology
5. School buses and fleet vehicles
6. Land acquisition for future school needs
7. Fine arts space renovations and additions for grades K–12
8. Extracurricular facilities, including fields, gyms, bleachers, stadiums, scoreboards, and related amenities
9. Renovations and additions to support service facilities

The Hall County School District will hold seven informational meetings on the upcoming ESPLOST VIIReferendum scheduled for May 19, 2026 . Meetings are scheduled by school cluster and begin at 6:30PM .

March 17, 2026 — Johnson High School
March 19, 2026 — Cherokee Bluff High School
March 26, 2026 — Flowery Branch High School
March 31, 2026 — North Hall High School
April 16, 2026 — West Hall High School
April 21, 2026 — Chestatee High School
April 23, 2026 — East Hall High School

The district encourages stakeholders to attend these meetings and hear more about the implementation of the 10-Year Facility Plan should the referendum for ESPLOST IIVpass on May 19, 2026 .
