Our Italian themed Cafe Mundo was a huge success! The kids have the opportunity to run the entire restaurant. The whole process starts with job interviews. The students then are given jobs, and really run the show to make this restaurant experience the best it can be. They cook, they clean, they serve, they plan. And the result is fantastic! What a great real-world experience!
¡Nuestro Café Mundo con temática italiana fue un gran éxito! Los niños tuvieron la oportunidad de dirigir todo el restaurante. Todo el proceso comienza con entrevistas de trabajo. Luego, a los estudiantes se les da trabajo y realmente dirigen el espectáculo para que esta experiencia de restaurante sea lo mejor posible. Cocinan, limpian, sirven, planean. ¡Y el resultado es fantástico! ¡Qué gran experiencia en el mundo real ganan!
Our band had a great trio last weekend to the Carolinas! They had a clinic with the band director at the University of South Carolina, went to Dave and Buster`s, and sought all the thrills at Carowinds. What a great opportunity for our talented musicians!
