The Bistroat The Oaks is a fine dining restaurant open to the community. It highlights our students in the advanced Culinary Arts program. Our calendar is limited to certain dates to allow for ample amount of classroom instruction along with hands-on kitchen instruction. It is open Thursdays and Fridays two weeks during most months and once a quarter for dinner during the school year.
